The Center for African American Studies presented its 11th Annual Conference on February 16, 2023 where Dr. Ruth Simmons, President of Prairie View A&M, discussed institutions and community development.
Conference attendees heard about a range of topics critical to the theme of Black culture and institutions, including the tools to profile progressive solutions for social problems and identify strategies that will drive social change within Black communities.
